Affiliate Policy
Introduction
The Beutista Affiliate Program is a marketing arrangement where Beutista rewards individuals (“Affiliates”) for promoting its products or services and generating qualifying sales through their marketing efforts. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Beutista Affiliate Program. By applying to the program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old. Your activity must comply at all times with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership from anyone at any time for any reason.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates shall carry out advertising and promotional activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the State of Kuwait and ensure that all content is free from inappropriate language, illegal material, or content promoting discrimination, racism, or bigotry.
Affiliates shall also abide by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of all platforms used to market the products or services.
Affiliates shall ensure that any interaction with individuals in relation to marketing, whether through comments, reactions, posts, or otherwise, is lawful, respectful, and free from slander or harmful content.
Affiliates are solely responsible for all promotional activities performed and any consequences arising thereof.
Affiliates shall not knowingly permit any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity and must not harm the Beutista brand image, reputation, or customer trust.
Affiliates agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Beutista Retail Company for Perfumes and Cosmetics, its affiliates, partners, managers, and officers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from violations of law.
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Beutista.
Program Structure
Our Affiliate Program offers commission structures for referred sales. Affiliates will receive a commission on each qualifying sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
The commission structure will be outlined separately. Commissions are only paid on qualifying sales.
Commissions are paid monthly using the payment method provided by the affiliate. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.
Tracking & Cookies
Tracking of referrals is conducted using cookies and tracking technologies.
- Cookie duration is typically 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Only the last valid affiliate link may be eligible for commission.
- Beutista is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or technical issues.
Fraud, Self-Referral & Abuse Policy
Affiliates must act in good faith and are strictly prohibited from abusing the Affiliate Program.
The following activities are considered fraudulent and are strictly prohibited:
- Purchasing products through their own affiliate links (self-referrals), whether directly or indirectly.
- Using multiple accounts, fake identities, or alternative profiles to generate commissions.
- Referring friends, family members, or related parties solely for the purpose of earning commissions without genuine marketing efforts.
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit the tracking system in any way.
- Generating fake traffic, fake orders, or using bots or automated tools.
Any attempt to bypass the intended purpose of the Affiliate Program will be considered fraudulent activity.
Beutista reserves the right to:
- Investigate any suspicious activity
- Cancel or reverse commissions
- Withhold payments
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts without notice
In cases of serious abuse, Beutista reserves the right to take legal action.
Beutista’s decision in determining fraudulent activity shall be final and binding.
Paid Advertising & Brand Protection
Affiliates may not:
- Run paid advertisements using the Beutista brand name or variations without written approval
- Register domains, usernames, or pages that imitate the brand
Violation may result in immediate termination.
Refunds & Cancellations
Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded orders.
If an order is canceled or refunded, the related commission will be canceled or deducted.
Minimum Payout Threshold
Payments will only be issued once the affiliate reaches a minimum balance determined by Beutista (e.g., 20 KWD or equivalent).
Holding Period
Beutista reserves the right to hold commissions for a period of 14 to 30 days to verify transactions, ensure no refunds occur, and detect fraudulent activity before payout.
Content Usage Rights
By participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates grant Beutista a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, repost, and distribute any content created for promoting Beutista products for marketing and promotional purposes.
Disclosure & Transparency
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship when promoting Beutista products using tags such as #ad, #affiliate, or similar.
Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to their earnings.
Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information including commission rates, performance data, and internal metrics.
Changes to the Program or Policy
Beutista reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Termination of Agreement
Beutista may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
